Posting and balancing payments from our customers.
Preparing checks and/or ACH transfers to our vendors.
Conducting professional customer service over the telephone and email.
Plus: Trained as backup to order entry.
Preparing paperwork and submission for credits to our vendors.
Assume other duties as capable performance demonstrates.
Job Requirements:
Comfortable and familiar working with numbers.
Must feel comfortable typing on a keyboard and working with a computer system.
Must have some experience working with accounting systems.
Ability to work with cooperation towards other associates.
Desire to improve skill functions and work performance.
At least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent GED certification.
Benefits:
Starting hourly wage of $19.00 – $23.00.
